Welcome to Anouk Funkyfashion, a South African fashion brand born from a mother-and-daughter dream. We create authentic, made-to-order garments from our home studio in the Western Cape. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order or using our website hosted on Shopify.

By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Our Products: Made to Order

  • All our clothing is made to order. We begin creating your item once your payment is confirmed.

  • This approach ensures minimal waste, personal attention to quality, and unique pieces just for you.

2. Production & Delivery

  • Our production timeline is 10 to 14 working days from the date of payment.

  • All deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy.

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.

  • Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • We are not responsible for courier delays or incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

  • Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s checkout system.

  • Orders are only added to our production queue once payment is received.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • You may cancel or change your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing us at info@anouk.co.za.

  • After 12 hours, we begin production and no changes or cancellations can be accepted.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Anouk garment. However, because each item is custom-made, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged or faulty upon delivery, or

  • You received the wrong size (i.e., not what you ordered).

Return Policy:

  • You must notify us via email at [insert email] within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.

  • Once inspected and approved, we will offer either:

    • A replacement, or

    • A full refund to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or delayed delivery caused by the courier.

  • Return shipping (via The Courier Guy or similar) will be at your cost, unless the error was ours.

6. Sizing

  • We provide a detailed size guide on our website. If unsure, please contact us before ordering.

  • Since garments are handmade, no variations in fit may occur.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, images, and branding on this site are the property of Anouk Funkyfashion. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written permission.

8. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Customer information is used solely to fulfill orders and communicate with you. We will never share your data with third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays once the item has been handed over to The Courier Guy.

  • Loss or damage due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
